In the year 1987, Pastor Toye Ademola received a word from the Lord proclaiming, “There are millions of people roaming the streets as sheep without a shepherd, I am sending you to be their under-shepherd while I remain the Chief Shepherd.” Twelve years later, the fulfillment of this mandate began.  On May 2, 1999, service commenced at Dominion International Center.
