5. Safeguarding Leadership Privacy
The personal privacy and security of our leadership, particularly Pastor Toye Ademola and Pastor Wumi Ademola, is a top priority.
No private contact information, home address, or non-public details of our leadership will be shared or released outside strict ministry or legal requirements. All public communications, photographs, or media involving our leadership are carefully reviewed to prevent direct or indirect identification risks.
All requests for private or sensitive information about our leadership will be categorically refused unless required by law. Any attempt to misuse or unlawfully obtain such information will be subject to investigation.

All staff and authorized volunteers at DIC and CTMI Ministries are required to sign confidentiality and data protection agreements. Violations may result in removal and, if applicable, legal action.
Paper records are secured and destroyed when no longer required.

- Financial/donation records: at least 7 years or as required by law
- Event or registration data: up to 2 years after the event
- Membership/ministry engagement: active period plus up to 2 years after activity ends
- Security footage: typically up to 90 days, unless needed for investigation
After these periods, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
8. International Use and Data Transfers
As a global ministry, DICâincluding CTMI and associated campusesâmay process and store information in the United States and in other countries.
Where required by law, your data may be stored or processed within your country of residence and is subject to local data protection requirements.
